Voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase

Voucher is non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Can be used up to the value written on the voucher, anything more is chargeable, no change is given

Voucher cannot be extended past the expiry date written on the voucher

Voucher MUST be presented on the day of the treatment, if it is not, full payment for the treatment is required

Discount cannot be used for someone else's treatment

Discount is to be used towards your regular treatment

Loyalty card MUST be present on the day of your appointment, or no discount/stamp can be given

If your card is lost, you must get a new card, stamps cannot be transferred to a new card
